We believe that, given the proper environment, children are essentially capable of educating themselves; children learn broadly and deeply from their environment. We, like Froebel and Montessori, view kindergarten as a special educational environment in which “self-active development” occurs. However, every child is unique. Indeed, even at the same age, each child develops at his or her own pace. This requires teachers to be keen observers of each child and then record their observations – and other important data - on our APP. The LOA APP assessment system will provide professional analysis and evaluation of each child. As a result, LOA will develop a unique teaching plan catered specifically to each individual child.
